Refund policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless item is defective or incorrect).

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after item is received and inspected.

•  Email us at sally@sallyoneilljewelry.com, with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. We'll provide return instructions.

• If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll replace, refund, or repair the item as appropriate
